The brief for this commission was to design a visual barrier via a free standing panel of glass inside the entrance of the childcare centre.
Using Toughened glass, the commissioned artwork has been etched onto both sides of the screen, and employs a layering and interplay of pattern, shifting in scale between the panes to express a vertically rippling design, breaking the view into or out of the room.

This commission is part of the Tasmanian Governments Artsite scheme which seeks to enrich both buildings and spaces in the public arena.
